HOW TO ORDERAll of the wines from Vintage Trade can be ordered by the case, and wines offered through the Liquor Control Board (LCBO)'s Vintages Program, or through the LCBO's Classics Collection can be purchased by the bottle. If the wine is available through Vintages, you can locate the wine at your nearest Vintages boutique by following the by clicking here. For assistance with locating or ordering our wines available by the bottle or by the case, you can contact our office at any time at 1 866 390-8745 Faxing your order To fax us your order, press the "Print Form" button, at the top of the completed order form, and fax it to 905 634-5174. Telephone Ordering If you would like to speak to a sales agent before processing your order, we can be reached during normal business hours at 1 877 390-8745. Delivering your Order Once your order is received a sales representative will call you to confirm the details before processing. Please allow 24 to 48 hours from the time your order is confirmed for processing. Shipping AreasShipping is available only to locations within Ontario. Returns & Exchanges Damaged Goods If product arrives at your door and the packaging is damaged Don't accept the package. Broken or Missing Bottles
If you receive an order from Vintage Trade and there are broken or missing bottles, you have 48 hours in which to follow this procedure and make the necessary arrangements to receive a refund or future credit. You should e-mail info@vintagetrade.ca with the details. You should note the damage and missing and/or broken bottles when shipment is received and have such report initialed by delivery agent. You will be required to save the neck(s) with cork(s) intact of any broken bottle(s), for retrieval by the delivery agent if so required by Vintage Trade. Our Guarantee Vintage Trade products come with our faulty product guarantee. If you receive a wine that you consider to be faulty (off condition, corked, oxidized), within 30 days of its purchase date, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at info@vintagetrade.ca . You may be required to retain the bottle of faulty wine (recorked and at least 3/4 full) for examination Please present faulty product to the delivery agent at this time, if required. You will receive full credit towards a future purchase at Vintage Trade. Please follow the instructions below to return or exchange your item. Vintagetrade.ca Orders Follow these steps for replacement or exchange of products ordered at vintagetrade.ca: - Log in to .
- Click on “Recent Orders.”
- Click on the order that includes the items you’d like to return or exchange.
- Click on “View Details.”
- Click on items to be returned or exchanged.
- For a return, click “Return Item(s).” For an exchange, click “Create New Exchange.”
- Your return or exchange authorization will appear. Please make a note of it.
- Instructions for completion of the return/exchange process will arrive via email, including return address.
- Please allow three weeks from the date on which items are mailed for exchange and/or credit.
Please note that you, the customer, pay for return shipping via any method, and that C.O.D.s can't be accepted. If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will be provided with a prepaid return label. Please contact returns@athleticlockeroutlet.com for more information. If you choose to exchange your item, we will provide FREE outbound shipping for the new item. You're responsible for the cost of return shipping. On returns or exchanges, please protect your return by getting a tracking number and/or insurance from the post office, UPS, or whichever shipper you choose for return of your items. Within 10 business days of receiving and accepting the return, the credit card you used to place the order will be refunded for the price of the item(s) that have been returned. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. If the credit card cannot receive the refund, we will send a check for the return total to the billing address for that credit card.
